The Opportunity:

As a Senior Software Engineer at Bench IQ, you’re not just joining an ambitious startup. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building Bench IQ’s core technologies and product experiences while shaping the technical direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build features and products from end-to-end from zero-to-one, balancing the need for iteration and learning with scalability and quality.
• Be the CTO’s most trusted partner, relied upon to anticipate and solve the most pressing technical challenges
• Hold yourself to high technical standards while making deliberate technical and product trade offs.
• Proactively investigate opportunities to improve our technology that could lead to significantly more customer and business value.
• Make others better through code reviews, pairing, and other forms of teaching and mentorship.
